I did not DL any patch today and The live event quest is not in my Book ? Any ideas ? Also I am not using Nerf buttons but my Vin UI is a mess and I can not seem not fix this UI issue?

Can't do much when your 12man is filled with 7dps 2tank 3heal. Would have made a bigger group, but time was running out, logged too late. You don't see the wider issue here. At some point are you going to look at the absurd amount of AoE damage ? ( ie. overlapping, hitting 20+ targets or unlimited target within said range, hitting targets at over 40 feet away) The current endgame meta is centered around AoE damage (ie. blob zerg, aoe spamming, permanent slowed , etc..) ...
