If you really wanted Rvr-focused players to be interested about this weekly, why did you choose war tokens instead of war crests ? what will do any r40 players with war tokens anyway ? Had this issue after installing VinyUI a long time ago. Have you tried this on a fresh install / char UI setup with no Viny? That worked for me and we were able to buy vaults again after.

If not using Viny, would try disabling all add ons and see if that also solves.
