Frequent several second hard freezes are back (for everyone).

Also, no bag rolls in previously won fort (renown and medallions were fine).
And also, won keep bag message, but no bag arrived.

I fully agree with your assessment of issues and severity currently being detrimental to rvr.

It has already started to lag again. You might want to check logs around the time of this posting to figure out whats going on.

Is the 24 aoe cap test ongoing after maintenance, or will there be changes or a revert?
(since there is no mention i assume it is)
