What are peak times to play?
Where to find some decent guides for UI and class?
Is the community typically open to casual players?

You can use FiskUI or VinyUI, they're both on the forums.

You can check the guide in my signature if you play Order for builds, etc. It doesn't have Destro yet but you can just ask me if you have questions about Destro classes.

Plenty of guilds are very open to casual players!
