Can't find Vauls buffer in tactic window.

vaul's buffer is missing after my game crash.
tried re-launch game. not solved.

I had crash at altdorf loading screen.
next log in gave me naked character.
no gear, no skills on skillbar no tactics no morales.
couldn't log out, it said cuz i'm dead.

I exited game and relog.
all came back but vaul's buffer.
it's not on tactic list.
skill tree is updated version. dragon's breath is vaul 11pt.

any suggestion would be appreciated.
( should i delete something to redownload patch? )

not sure it's bugtracker topic or not.
some SM missing it too.
some SM have it on list. he haven't used tactic.
seems who used it have lost it
SM8, SW8, AM8, WL7, KoBS5, BW5, WP8, WH7, IB7, Eng5, RP5, SL6

Any reason why the down side is quite high for this skill, when I tested it it felt too painful once the buff ended. BO already is squishy in 2h mode and with this skill once it wears off your a definite free kill.

With the other 15 point skills I saw I did not see such bad impact after using them

It's an execution style ability. High risk, high reward. Kill your target or they kill you kinda thing.

So 15 point 1v1 skill hmm
Just can’t see the point of this with such hard drawback, outside 1v1 this is like a panic button which is equivalent of hopping from the frying pan directly to the fire.

It s a real good ability.
During 20s have 50 % more armor and resist , and 25 % all other defence and a damage bonus to your primary target.. You have then a penality for only 10 s. So keep an eye on your timer. When you have the penality , just stop pushing. You can use this ability to kill a target , and go back in safety.
66 % uptime of the good thing and 33 % uptime on the bads... Seems good.

This ability confuses the hell out of me aswell. 15 points in a Mastery tree should imo be the risk your taking. My understanding of the entire combat mechanic designs are that the class mechanics are what supose to be the traits and the negatraits of the classes. BO allready have this by being locked out of using certain skills in certain stances and a bonus mechanic of getting bonuses while being in certain stances. It just feels really wierd to me adding negatraits to skills tbh. I know theres a run speed debuff on CHM, but that skill can be toggled on off atleast. This seems like a really wierd skill in application aswell. Just run away until it ware off and then you get a easy kill. I would never pick it up tbh.

Having abilities at 15 points is just going to mean putting 3 points more into a tree you already specced into. Compared to 6 to pick up another tree ability. It doesn't need to be great to make it a no brainer to use the 3 points and get some benefit for your main tree. Id spec it if it was on SM as I already go to ED.
