4k resolution

Hi,

I am thinking to buy a curved 32iinch monitor.

Did anyone tried 4k resolution in this game?
Or do you recommend a 2k resolution @32inch.

I play with 4K Resolution.

It is definitely noticable with elements that do scale properly with resolution - other textures don't have proper upscaled versions on the other hand.

Overall I think it is still worth it if you care about picture clarity.

What about performance in big rvr fights?

Your Performance will mostly depend on your CPU and not the Resolution or your Graphics Card I would say.

As long as you have a decent Graphics Card that can handle 4K well - it won't make a big difference in fights in my experience.

Hi, i play for years now on curved ultra widescreen 3440x1440.
You will need a graphics card that supports the Monitor. I played on an Nvidia 1080 TI whenever i first bought the monitor.
I also Play Cyberpunk on maxxed out settings with raytracing. But you need DLSS to run these games on 100+ FPS. Which should not be a problem with new gen graphics cards. :)

My Rig:
CPU: Intel i9 9900K
CPU-fan: be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4
MB: Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Master
RAM: Kingston HyperX Predator DIMM Kit 32GB, DDR4-3600, CL17-19-19-32
SSD-1: 500GB Samsung 970 Evo Plus M.2
SSD-2: 1TB Samsung MZ-V7E1T0BW 970 EVO M.2
SSD-3: 2TB Corsair 510 M.2
GPU: Nvidia RTX 4080
Power supply: 850 Watt be quiet! Straight Power 11 Modular 80+ Gold
Case: Fractal Define R6 TG Blackout
Monitor: Alienware AW3418DW
2nd & 3rd Monitor: 21,5" Acer B227Q

How Warhammer plays:
I never had any performance issues with Warhammer, except for when everyone else has em. *Insert flashback to napalm pot days*

If you decide to get an ultrawide and want a nice looking party interface with Enemy addon, that shows Line of Sight, Death and color coded Class Archtypes you can use my setup guide for it.:

TLDR: I love it, buy one. NOW!

I also use 34" curved ultra widescreen 3440x1440, no performance or visual problems issued. With Core i5 6-core and GTX1660 Super 6Gb.
For best ROR (WHO) performance always need avoid using virtual cores. Turn off Hyper Threading or software turn off virtual cores... Virtual cores produce lags after change performance charge: oRVR -> SS, SC -> oRVR etc...

I would also recommend ultra wide monitor, not nessesary 4k, but 21:9 ratio. 16:9 vs 21:9 are not comparable. You wont regret.

My ryzen 5600x and geforce 3600 TI handle it very well. Keep in mind, RoR is CPU based game, so even top processor will dip heavily into 20-30fps in bigger fights - 200ppl in a zone.
Thats game engine issue, not processor power.
