Ruin Gear Wipe

A friend of mine was talking about implementing a system similair to the new purple bag tokens for ruin gear. doing this should from my perspective help solve the issue we're having with getting duplicates for 5 bags in a row so it won't be an impossible zergfest during prime time.

Good choice, but the system seems that is not so good for characters that have low dps even they dont go afk and play since the beginning of the PQ.
