The general public always takes the path of least resistance. It's a mentality that will never change. If there's an easier way to get something then that's what people will do, even if it's slower or less efficient. The sun will be dead before that changes.

If the goal is to stop the "general public" from AFK farming then the mechanics that support the behavior have to be changed.
