Cant get past "Choose a race"

Good morning all and happy new year.

Just created an account and downloaded the game.

Saw the cinematic and it was great, but now i need to choose a race. The problem is the i cannot click on anything and the only thing shown is the races on the top of the screen and everything else is just black.

Anyone else has the same problem? How do i solve it?

I have relaunched and re-downloaded the game a few times but no success, it is getting annoying. https://imgur.com/53hV8RM
