Launcher Not Appearing Suddenly

I've been playing RoR for a few months but starting last week, the launcher exe does not open the launcher. Reinstalling sometimes works but that's not an ideal solution. I even turned off Windows Defender. When I click on the exe, I can see in Task Manager the process for the exe is running, but that's about it. Please help.

My computer is running Windows 11.

It happened to me too the other day after a crash.

What I did was copy the entire game into another folder, but not reinstall it — just copy it.

I had it in C:/ROR/Ror 2021 and copied it to C:/ROR/Ror 2021 - copy.

Not only did it work again, but it also improved the performance a lot for me. Don’t ask me why, because I have no idea. hahaha

Having this issue too. Launching the launcher shows it in the task list but doesn't actually open it

I had to reinstall to fix mine.

Just remember to copy your USER and INTERFACE folders from the old installation to the new one.
