Account Not active

When I go try to login I get account not active. Account name: websufer

The sever status is green. I can log into the forum. I changed the password. I tried reinstalling. I hit the active account link again. However, it seem that although I created an account a game account was not created is my only assumption. How do I proceed to fix this?
