Error Launching Launcher

Weird new error game has been running fine but over the past few days I cant get into the game, first I thought it patching or something but tried again today and get an error occured.

The launcher gets to 30%

and get this text on the launcher
Error Downloading updater:
System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.
at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.EndGetResponse(IAsyncResult asyncResult)
at System.Net.WebClient.GetWebResponse(WebRequest request, IAsyncResult result)
at System.Net.WebClient.DownloadBitsResponseCallback(IAsyncResult result)

I am having this aswell. Was working fine earlier.

Update:
Its now 720am - some hours have passed. The RoR Launcher is working normally, the Updater is still returning this Error
