can't play one of my chars

I can't play one of my favourite characters, she is now 27 so have played lots, she has just joined a guild, have tried going to the user settings and deleting settings there but still not fixed it, any ideas please.

If you're able to "log in" that character and get the loading screen. Type /stuck twice (like you would in chat window).

tried loading in on another pc, but no joy, could you look into the data base please, my chars name is Shemelia, order side. Many thanks

I now have 3 characters with loading issues, I cannot log the character into the game at all, it fails on the loading screen, have deleted any local data base, sometimes they can be logged in briefly and then game crashes and I cannot log in on the character again, any one had same issue or any ideas how to fix it please.
