Repeating error.

So, I've read over several different posts relating to my issue about setting the WAR.exe and the Launcher to turn Read-Only off. But whenever I switch it off, it goes back whenever I launch the Launcher, and when I click connect, I get this error message:

Help would be appreciated. I don't know if anyone else has this same issue.
