Can't Handle the torrent file

Hi , when i try to install the Torrent link , my Torrent said that so i can't download the Torrent , so how i can resolve this problem ?
Oh and i rly need Direct X9 ? Because i have Direct X11

I really want to download this game but it's very hard i'm not English.
Thanks if you want to help me (And sorry for my English)

You can find alternate download links provided by yours truly, here. So you don't have to use the torrent download method:

The game was based on DirectX 9. The Latest DirectX packs include previous legacy versions so you don't have to worry about it. Just download the game and put the Return of Reckoning launcher into the game folder, after you've extracted the download file using WinRar.
