1s Delay on all actions

I downloaded and installed the game about a week ago, but it is pretty much unplayable due to at least a 1s delay on all button presses, etc. My internet speeds are fine and have not had any issues with other games.

I checked back through at least 10 pages of he forums and did not see anyone reporting similar issues. Any advice?

If it is stuttering for you - try this.

Press Escape -> Customize Interface -> Mods and Addons -> Disable ROR_SOR
