Removed from server

Hello,
Every time i log in and click play after creating a character, and loading screen finishes, my game crashes and i get an error message
"Removed from the server
The server has closed your connection. This could be because the server is restarting, or because you were removed by server staff. Please check the website for status."
Server status is Online. Also when loading screen ends it says Server region is unavailable.
Any help would be nice, Thanks
