Old characters deleted?

Hello,
I played Warhammer RoR about 5 years ago. I had some characters with a level maybe beetween 20 and 35. Today I tried to launch the game after a long period of innactivity, and I had the bad surprise to see that all my characters have been deleted.
Did a global wipe occurred some years ago? Or is it just a rule that delete innactive charachters after a period? If it is so, it's a bit frustrating...

Are you sure you are logging in with the correct account?
Nothing gets deleted for a inactivity as far as i know.

I’m quite certain there has been one wipe of inactive accounts since I’ve been here and that was like 4 years ago, so it might have been during your absence.

some years ago there was a wipe after DDos attack, i joined un dec 2016 and that happened before...but dunno exactly when
