Account error for twitch drops?

I have linked my account and twitch and when i go to claim drops all i see is this error

[phpBB Debug] PHP Notice: in file /home/ror/web/returnofreckoning.com/public_html/custom/templates_c/aecada7151d97ef6a47a108031f086d52d32201c_0.file.twitch.tpl.php on line 69: Undefined property: stdClass::$email

what am i missing?

I'm having trouble claiming the drops. Maybe related, trouble on twitches side?

i neaver got drops and watched like 1hr to 2hrs on the event
