Forgot original account details

Hi, I've not played in around a year and a half due to various reasons, moving house, PC issues, etc., and now i can't remember what account details i used.

I can remember a number of my character's names which might help associate my account to me, but won't post them on here, only in private messaging to a member of staff.

Would love some help if possible, ideally don't want to start from scratch.

Hi Terty,

Character names are unfortunately not enough for us to assist in recovering lost accounts - it is vital for you to try to remember the E-mail that your old account used.

From there you can also initiate the Password Recovery process through the website.

Have you tried to check your browser's saved passwords?
