Luanch game and cannot see my characters or make a new one

I've been gone for a little bit. Downloaded the game without issue..installed the game fine. Use my acct name and pw to log in and get to the character selection screen and my characters are not there and there is no option to create a new character. Casin was my WP and believe Mr Nuff was my Knight..cannot remember my other toons names::( I've tried the Repair feature and relogging multiple times. Server is 1.4.8 Build 573 .Any help would be greatly appreciated.
