Cant log in to main character

Character Yinzie, Ive tried /stuck Yinzie from an alt, /stuck /stuck from load screen, repairs,reboots, full reinstall. happens on 2 different windows pc's. For a few weeks after those steps I could get in after a while, now not at all.
