cannot connect, homepage very slow

hi,
i just wanted to come back after a long beak, downloaded and installed it, all fine.
Started the launcher and it didnt connect, didnt downlaod anything, i restarted 10 times, gave up and left the launcher open and after minutes it downloaded everything and i could start the game. I quit because i need my addons and now i cant get it to connect.
Web Server shows yellow not green and the forum and the HP are very slow.

Same issue here.
Launcher is partly unresponsive and never enables the "connect" button.
