[General]

Genisaurus
- Players will no longer be able to contribute to tier population issues by leeching rewards from a higher tier. Rewards from PQs, Keep sieges and defenses, and zone locks will now be restricted to players of the appropriate tier or greater.


[RvR Campaign]

Genisaurus
- Keep doors will no longer regenerate as creatures do.
- Keep doors will now only regenerate from held Battlefield Objectives when in "Safe" mode.
- In Tier 4, an attacking realm must now hold 3 BOs to assault a keep, instead of 2.
- When a keep is successfully seized, members of the victorious realm will now earn a small number of medallion(s) if they are within range of a BO that they own. They will receive more medallions if the BO has been defended against an attack of sufficient size. Note that if a BO cannot be captured (i.e. it is locked), killing players near it is not considered a defense.
- The health of siege weapons, oil, and rams has been adjusted. Additionally, these weapons have been given resistances and weaknesses:

Oil will take significantly reduced damage from players, but significantly more damage from Single-Target cannons.
Rams will take significantly reduced damage from oil, moderately reduced damage from players, but increased damage from Single-Target cannons.
All cannons will take significantly reduced damage from players, but increased damage from Single-Target cannons.

- The waiting time between replacing a destroyed siege weapon is now different for each type of weapon:

Oil may be replaced after 3 minutes
Rams may be replaced after 90 seconds
Cannons may be replaced after 30 seconds.

- Ram damage against doors has been adjusted upward, and door HP has been tweaked accordingly. Thanks to all those who provided feedback on the last set of changes, and your patience in helping us fine-tune the pacing of the RvR system. A good ram swing should remove about 1% of the doors HP, with a perfect swing removing 2%. Please note that keep doors and siege weapons in tiers 2 and 3 still need to be addressed.
- Keep defenses now reward some influence.
- The number of kills required to trigger a gold chest for a keep defense has been reduced by 33%.

- [6212] Quest: Gnoblar Huntin' now includes all 4 mobs, and are restricted to the region they are actually in.
- [6275] Quest: Questionable Judgement NPCs for objective added.
- [6284] NPC: Invisible Sun Dragon Anchors removed.
- [6341] NPC: Deathscreamer double spawn removed.
- [6273] World: Fixed a terrain exploit in Black Crag.
- [6306] Item: Gladiator's Mediocre Boots now have appearance.
- [6346] ToK: Poke'm If You Got'em (unlock for Cape of the Screamer) is now obtainable.
- [6303] [6302] Item(s): Mork and Gork Wuz Heer trash items now stack.

Saupreusse
- [6222] "Arashan Pass" is no longer part of the RvR lake in Dragonwake. Players should no longer be flagged for RvR while they are inside "Drakewarden Keep" warcamp.
- [5468] "Ravenraid" is no longer part of the RvR lake in Nordland. Players should no longer be flagged for RvR while they are inside "Blessed Gathering" warcamp.
- [6025] "Barak Weald" is no longer part of the RvR lake in Barak Varr. Players should no longer be flagged for RvR while they are inside "Foultooth's Warcamp".
- [5780] "Deadwater" and "Rotfoot Swamp" are no longer part of the RvR lake in the Marshes of Madness. Players should no longer be flagged for RvR while they are inside "Morth's Mire" warcamp.
- [6139][5497] "Greywind Shoals" is no longer part of the RvR lake in the Blitghted Isle.
- [6316] The Rally Point in High Elf chapter 22 "Asuryan's Reach" now teleports players to the correct location.
- [6296] Placed one more guard in Emp Chapter 15 warcamp.

[Other changes]

RyanMakara
- Made a handful of dye quests repeatable. Any known dye quest from live that is either not repeatable yet or is missing rewards can be reported on the bugtracker for future alteration.

Saupreusse
Fixed RealmID for most Areas. PvE Areas shouldn't flag players for RvR anymore.

Awesome changes! Can't wait for round 2 of getting an army to fight the BO cappin bomb groups! This time the keep will be ours!


Tri-barrel cannons seem pretty weak, going to give the others a shot and i'll update this post. Also - the oil bugged so it kinda stopped the raid. Not sure why the GM didn't remove it, but I guess he was an order GM sooo order bias.

...systém in t4 for taking keep and lock zone are total stupid. In old war wasnt not good, but it what now, was blessing..

Thanks for the changes. Giving the BOs now an incentive. And also an incentive for an BO defence force.
Now to the important Part: when do we get dwarven Siege Equipment? :D

Now it is reason to fight in RvR lakes. And those fighting could help lock the zone (with rewards for this). Great.
