Baffles my mind that people log into a game only to afk rather than pvp.

Same people leeched at warcamps on live servers.

I'm not buying the "mentality" argument, at least not completely. Prior there was no incentive to afk. Pugs took BOs, ran supplies and eventually went to siege keep - played the game, not afk'd for ~10rr tics.
I've ran an open wb in Shadowlands recently and, believe me, it's somehow became increasingly harder to order pugs around and actually move away from the nearest to warcamp BO.

I'd say that a lockout timer on the BO and actual RR tick for securing a BO, instead of constant stream of freenown, ensured that the action never stopped and provided a reasonable incentive to move from one BO to another.
I'll be damn sure that, in the video I posted, there was roughly the same amount of destro pugs on the opposite BO and sat there afk as well, never to meet in an actual fight.

Next patch:
- Keeps won't derank below rank 3.
- When keep is rank 3 or more BOs won't give any microticks.

Afkers are easy food to slay. Love em.
Besides they would afk anyway, just in the warcamps. Now, they can afk and leech a few pts until they get butchered. I don't see this as a big problem.

We should let them AFK, but take notes on who does it.

Then once they are rr70+, we roll them back to zero.

If you incentivize afking, seems bad form to then punish people for afking :p
