Directly from the patch notes (did you read them?) ;
the range is now slightly bigger

- Snipe: Corrected the weapon DPS contribution so damage matches tooltip (Note that weapon DPS from ranged slot is only updated on the tooltips if you relog).

Is this correction increase or decrease snipe damage? I'm thinking it would increase it as with the exception of being undefendable, I feel like I often hit for similar max damage from gunblast previously in dummy tests.

Not getting damage because you are stealthy does not make any sense, if I hide into a bomb explosion I die anyway...
Hope dev did not give aoe immunity during stealth, although it does not break invisibility

From 37 ft radius to 40 ft radius, so a 16.3% increase in area.

dreadful terror is the ap regen aura

Almost positive "To Glory!" and the Chosen equivalent are AP regen auras, and don't affect them in stealth to prevent permanent stealth. That's all.

On first glance i was like: 3ft increase isn't 16%. Then i remembered that the formula is pi*r^2
