Recrudescent Doombringer for Chaos Chosen

Anyone know the location of this great sword? I have seen some use it in game, one person told me Dark Elf Tier 1, but couldn't find it

It is in darkelf chapter1. Specifically --- it is the tier3 reward for completing chapter1 influence. Do some pqs, go talk to rally master in ch1.
