getting kicked out of the game every15 -20 min

Hello,
i am having problems with getting kicked out of the game suddenly, i can't say if there is any specific going on it seems to be totaly random, not during heavy battles or anything , my screen freezes and i get disconected somehow . Most of the time i can just click connect on launcer again and all runs again until after a while then it happens again.
Been trying to delete cache (adviced by some ) but that doesn't solve the issue.
I have a couple add ons running but not anything that improves visuals stuff or anything just some to make healing and guarding more easy.
is there anyone who can give me some sugestions to solve this?
