Im muted for 24h and i have no idea why that happend?

So i logged in and i can write on any chat.
I got the messange that im muted for another 16h but i cant find any reason to that...

Im not a bad maner player so i would like to know why i was punished without even giving me knowledge for what.

What can i do about that case?

Happened to me a few nights ago, but only for an hour. No explanation, no PM, no message nothing. Just ambiguous use of GM Powers apparently.

It is automatic process so the system is to blame. You wrote or misswrote something that is considered offensive so the system ban you.
Happens once to me for a hour mute for typing that matchmaking is abit retarded or so. So better no publuc chat at all

Good to know its automatic in general, worrisome that there is no reason given.

Automated mute system will intercept the message you just sent before it reaches chat. If you're muted for an hour, you hit a word on our profanity filter, or a known bypass for that word. Keep your use of language clean and family friendly in public, it's a higher standard than you're used to.

Anything longer than an hour is going to come from a player report, and is reviewed by GM's before any action is taken. Generally we're slightly more lenient than the public profanity list, but the same rule applies. If it's not clean and family friendly, you may be sanctioned. A 24 hour mute is our lowest step.

Yeah okay, but where can i get any info what have i done. I want to clarify my issue and speak about what happend, im 100% sure that im innocent because im a descent guy who don’t abuse others…

A lot of it is absolute nonsense. I got muted for abbreviating "Chapter 19" to "C 19" in a message when fighting in Praag. Apparently it thinks it's a reference to COVID which is for some reason an egregious offense in late-2025.

Haha. That's a new one. I got muted once for saying "it is time to strap on your shields" as we were getting ready to defend.

OP, I wouldn't waste your time worrying about what you did or why you got muted. You know your intentions and explaining it to the powers that be won't change the way they do their thing.

Basically getting muted for no obvious (to you) reason is like a right of passage. I suspect most everybody who uses public chat has had it happen at some point. In most cases it is obvious in hindsight. In others it was just wrong place at wrong time kind of stuff.
