Epic Quest Not Available

Hi,

I went to start the Tier 2 dark elf epic quest (A Lord's Game) on my Black Orc and there is no quest available for me at the Chap. 5 npc (Hartha).

I am trying to get the helm for appearance purposes. I don't recall ever doing this quest and cannot see any indicator I did it within my ToK (not sure if it would be in there anyway..)

My question is, can this quest be reset for this character or unlocked / opened somehow?

Greatly appreciate any help. In game character name I am seeking to complete the quest is "Pent" 83 Black Orc.

Worse case you can do the T3 epics, the ones in chaos and Elf give weapons, the one in Badlands, and Blackfire pass give a helm for the t3 epic Ancient horror for order, and will of the warboss for dest for the hat
