Lost everything

October 26th, after patching:

I logged on to my account shortly after patching and now my main (Wafulz, Chosen) has nothing and is considered "dead". I cant seem to find a way to die to try to reverse this "dead" state I am in.

I also my wife has the same issue on her DoK, Tikk. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

*Update*
I was able to be rezzed and use abilities. My stats were normal as if I had armor and weapon but I still appeared naked and all the items from my bank and inventory are still missing. When I exited the game and reentered I returned to being "dead" as I was prior to receiving a rez.
