Game start problems

Hi.
Yesterday i reinstalled my windows 7. I download a client, installed it, get direct x (from W: RoR site), and aftre double click at shortcut nothing happens.
Before win reinstal, game was without problems.
Any sugestions?

worth checking windows defender not doing odd things with the game

Probably an Anti-Virus issue. Very common
