Character gone

My lv 17 Dok disappeared from character selection after patch.
I played this character until the server down 3 hours ago.
Character name is Arlene. Thanks.

Yes, I only have one account.
GM tell me there is no Dok name Arlene in armory, so they aren't able to recover anything.
