Backup key lost in burned pc

Hey guys, how u doing?
So, im here again because I decided to come back for good now, the game look much better than 4 months ago... But, i had one problem with my notebook and lost my arquives with all my work and my backup keys. This is not the first time i tried to recuperate my access on forum from my main account, there have my only IB rr 80+ and i cant change my password to make more safe to get back on gameplay. So, if anyone can help me with that call me please
