How does the wounds debuff work nowadays?
It used to negate the damage (<1200) already done to the target, so it was adviced to first debuff wounds and then armor.

I assune it has to be used first thing as it debuffs the max wounds value. Low health toon just gets max health lower but wont matter if its still under the max. Thunderous blows still has high tooltip dmg so its worth using anyways.

Used first thing it basically does 1200hp reduction+dmg so can be about 1800 dmg
