Yeah but same faction duels aren't the same given that certain buffs also buff the 'opponent', as well as things like stagger not working :/

Wait for T4, when some zones become inactive for hours and RvR is slow. "Duels in CW" threads will start appearing in no time.

Or wait for City. By the end of WAR people were so bored with City that several just dueled during sieges.
