Lua and XML help docs

I've been looking for the Lua and XML help docs for writing addons but I can't find anything, does anyone have the link any links?

I just started looking into this myself.

This is the main resource I found besides looking at existing addons: https://warapi.fandom.com/wiki/WAR_API
