Dynamic Volume Control

I like to have sound effects for combat, but this game has so much other just... noise. Loud ambient background noise, NPCs yelling on repeat, weird random voice lines, screams from the abyss, etc. The worst part is that the volume is all over the place for these different sounds, and you got 3 toggles: Music, Effects, Master. You turn off effects, it turns off pretty much everything aside from music and master just controls both. Terrible sound settings.

Things like ability sounds are often audible before any animation, and it helps to hear other abilities or the sound of being hit. I'd love to be able to play the game with just sound effects and not all the ambient noise and dialogue.
