[BO] bellow proc on reflect

I use to have a build that was about proccing bellows off reflect but I'm having a hard time getting them to proc on reflect unless have like 30 ppl spamming me, and even then its real hit or miss. Did they lower the proc chance for bellows on reflect or is it just not functioning like it should? I've kinda searched the forums but I can't find anything on it so figured I'd post and ask

I run loudmouth with greenest and it procs a lot, but found that with biggest/toughest it wont proc as much. You do need to get hit a lot with greenest too, but with the current crazy AA thing going on its not much of a problem. Just leave wl cats to proc it and start stepdancin when hit by sudden accusations
