[Shaman] DPS - What's Making The Difference?

Not the best to answer and happy to be corrected, but I don't think AM actually has much if any advantage in this match up.

Isha's Encouragement stacking is gone and the new mechanic means it'll always be 5 sec cd (which just means you are cleansing half expired DoTs, not exactly a winning trade).

And Shammie still has up 600 stat advantage (480 toughness + 150 int).

It's one of the more skill and build based 1v1s (lucky crits and disrupt can obviously make or break you).

Get the jump, cover your AP drain and long DoT (+ hd dot if they are hybrid).
Silence early and/or timed with detaunt expiry or kill burst.

With a 13-11-0 build:
DSU -> 240 (maybe tooltip is wrong?)
Brain Busta+Hurts dont it -> 240
Get'n'smarter -> 150 (+75 and -75)

Not sure if shammies still run that with the recent changes though.
