Hey guys, this are some of the solo/duo build that I could think of. I haven't tryed them yet since I don't have the RR/crests but I would like to hear your opinions/suggestions. If you can suggest me some other builds for solo or due I would appreciate it.
-2h regen
Weapon: Boon
Sets: Warlord (everything but shoulder, back and jewel), Off Sov (shoulder, back and jewel)
Jewels: 2 str Fleshrender, Off Sov jewel, Sentinel ring with rgene talis
Talisman: wounds up to 1000 (with da biggest) and the rest on str.
Mastery: RoR.builders - Black Orc
I have 4 free mastery pointsx and one tactic solt free (with da biggest)
Renown: full deft defender, full reflexes, 3 steps of futile strike
-Snb regen
Wepaons: Bastions shield, regen weapon (rr45 I think?)
Sets: Invader up to the proc, the rest is open to suggestion
Jewels: 2 str Fleshrender, Sentinel ring with rgene talis, Invader Jewel
Talisman: full str? not sure really, any suggestion
Mastery: RoR.builders - Black Orc
I have one free tactic slot
Renown: full deft defender, full reflexes, full block, the rest in futile strike
-2h auto attack
Weapon: Sentry Bigloppa of anathema (tough, wounds, str, reduced armor pen, reduced chance to be crit)
Sets: full Off Sov (need the +2 mastery points)
Jewels: Off Sov Jewel, not sure about the rest but I want to max out parry,
Talisman: a mix of str and wounds, the aim is 9k wounds
Mastery: RoR.builders - Black Orc
No free tactic slot, but 'Ave Another One is sacrificable for something else
Renown: full deft defender, full reflexes, 3 steps of futile strike
What do you think? Am I to focussed on def rr points? Should I go more offensive? Are 10k wounds too much?
If you have any suggestion or any other interesting build I would be happy to read about it.

Re: Solo/duo BO builds
So, I run my BO solo 2h most of the time. I run:
5 warlord, 3 off-sov (head, shoulders, gloves), so slightly different choices to you. I admit this is partly for cosmetics - off-sov helm looks amazing!!!! - and partly to maximise armour values. Sent ring with parry talisman, then I switch between 2 warrior gensis, 2 fleshrender, and 2 parry annulus, depending on the situation / mood im in.
I usually run the fortress 2hander, tho I used to run boon. The extra damage and crit chance is very nice and makes up for the slighly loss in survivability, but the proc gives you run speed which is a nice anti-kite tool, something that i value highly in a class with basically no mobility!!
This is the build I run: RoR.builders - Black Orc
I run full strength talis. For renown points, its futile strikes, then full reflexes, then strength. Remaining points go into weapon skill.
If you're going full regen, you want toughness, not wounds. Toughness works out better for a regen build, as the more damage you mitigate, the more effective your regen becomes.
Your survivability comes from parry. I top out at ~78% with all buffs and procs running. I used to put points into deft defender like you've suggested, but you just can't get it high enough to make much difference. So, I'd rather save the points and use them to increase my offence.
I do also have a more crit focused build (5 off-sov, 3 warlord) but I havent spent enough time with it to make it work well. You have to use 2 tactics for crit, the other 2 for parry, and the gear itself has less wounds, so you end up fairly squishy in order to get some big crit numbers.

Re: Solo/duo BO builds
Oi Git!
Few things to note before going into builds.
- SnB for solo isn't a thing for BO. It's been tried by a few of as we were theorycrafting a way to make it work, but it doesn't have the damage output to be viable. IB and Chosen are the only tanks that can make a shield spec work well.
- Regen spec doesn't really work for BO either. A proper regen spec also has a lot of defense and mitigation to give more value to the health regen. BO struggles to stack these enough to make it worth while. Although it's still good to run some regen from warlord and the pocket item, stacking into is isn't worth it. x2 Fleshrender is debatable. SnB IB, Chosen, and to a lesser extent Sword Master, are the tanks that can make regen builds work.
- If you're saving your crests, focus on WL and Vic over off-sov. WL and Vic have much better stats and bonuses than off-sov, which provides little very parry or Weapon skill. You can always use the sentinel ring before getting the Vic ring.
- Bigloppa of anathema isn't BiS for BO. Boon, Da Bigga Fumper, and fortress weapon are all better. Boon isn't that great for solo now as our parry buff actually gives us parry when solo (crazy I know), so the other two are better imo.
Anyway, the two main builds for solo roam BO are the Auto-Attack build and the glass-cannon crit build "Da Big Hitta". Each player that runs these has a slight variation, with individual pieces, potions, and talis, being up to personal preference. The AA build is our strongest build, but "Da Big Hitta" is the most fun imo.
The Auto-Attack build I run is:
RoR.builders - Black Orc
https://builder.returnofreckoning.com/r ... ;0;3;0;0;0
I keep THC in my build, whereas others don't and rely more on the AA damage. Ave another one deals a surprising amount of damage as we only have 2 no plan skills to use. As the armour debuff only needs to be applied every 20sec we're spamming follow me lead at the start of most rotations, so the damage adds up. With loudmouth, we weirdly want to get hit to allow it to proc as often as possible, so it's best to run it with da greenest. The corp debuff on Waaagh! gives works with the corp damage from loudmouth, making this the optimal spec to run both.
Gearwise, you need a +2 mastery to make it work. I go with 6WL/3Vic
Vic Helm
Vic Shoulders
WL back
WL body
WL hands
WL belt
Wl feet
x2 warrior genesis
Vic chain
WL chain
Da Bigga Fumper is my personal favorite 2h for this build as the proc solves one of our biggest weaknesses, mobility. You'd be surprised how often the proc can make the difference between life and death against rdps.
Crit build "Da Big Hitta"

Gear I go with 6Vic/3WL

Fortress Choppa for this as it has the highest crit with the same speed boost as Da Bigga Fumper.
Unlike the AA build, I run Da Biggest with this. It makes us even more glasscannon with strength, initiative, and toughness stat steal increasing our damage even more.
This is a total glass-cannon build, but it can take enemies by surprise with the amount of burst damage it can do. If you proc a string of crits you can burst squishes down in a single rotation. It's more effective than the AA build against healers (especially WP), as you can burst them down quicker than they can heal. Haven't used it since the healer reworks so that may have changed. I personally like to run the parry tactic to give some semblance of defense, but if you really want to max damage, you could run loudmouth/ave another one to replace it. Be prepared to die a lot with this build, but when it works, it's really, really fun.
Something to consider before you spend any crests on gear is that Lost Vale will be released soon. We don't know the stats on Dark Promise gear or if weapons/jewels come with the dungeon yet, but there's a chance that all the gear that is BiS now could change. I'd save any crests until we see what that has in store for us.

Re: Solo/duo BO builds
I run snb as BO solo roam, currently in full warlord, and it works just fine in 1v1 situations or 1vX when enemies are at a lower gear level.
Went full warlord with the expectation the ability would be a party wide absorb to be viable for smallscale/WB as well, it's not. So it's easily exchangable with off set pieces gaining more regen.
Treewise it's full right tree till waagh and mid tree till not in da face.
There are careers that are tough or even impossible to beat, but I dont think 2h has a much higher chance against those. (Dps heals, high regen tanks/melees)
