Need Advice For Def Mara For Solo/6man Roam

I've been building a Def mara with no guide to go off of, because my guild only have 6-8 ppl on destro, so I am aiming for solo and 3/6 man roam. I know i'll do a def sov and triumph mix to give a bit of oomph so i'm not just a tanky annoyance, but can do SOME damage. My current problem is there are NO guides for def mara, so I'm having to look at WHICH pieces to go for, and weapons options as well. Thinking 2x Tyranny for +40 regen on top of fleshrender x2 with regen sent and triumph tali. Any help or advice would be super helpful. Because I am SUPER lost.

def sov is garbage because it is armor pen meta.

you wont do def setup. all armor pen tactics are additive. it is really easy to reach more than 75% armor pen. you can try to stack reduc armor pen but you will never reach high amount.

Don't have a high enough Mara let alone a geared on but, if current WE is anything to go off, you will want to do an offensive parry riposte build.
My recommendation:

Jewelries = https://killboard.returnofreckoning.com/item/462 + VW + Victorious + Warlord
Head = Victorious
Shoulders = VW
Cloak = Victorious
Chest = Warlord
Hands = Victorious
Belt = Warlord
Boots = VW

Until BIS (10k Vic jewel) you can probably run Victorious Boots (instead of VW) and Sentinel Jewel.

Deadly Clutch can be swapped for Warped Flesh right before you engage (depending on if healer or not)

More experienced Maras can pitch in of course. This is just theorycrafting.
