not sure why WH/WE even needs armor debuff since they can hit 100% through armor....
for ST burst down its useless for both since they usually kill targets in 5s while KD
and even if you have to face a longer fight vs high armor targets: tanks with 5k laugh about your 800 armor debuff

Lol, I do care and most high skill WEs feel the same. Funny how after WHs burn armor skill everyone is using it over sudden accusation. It increases Dmg of BAL, BH, AA, RB. why not give it to WE ?

WE is mostly fun and fine as it is. WH getting armor debuff and WE getting meme pounce might feel a little unfair from WE perspective though but its ok. I think both classes were fine without those but they are still fine right now. Biggest problem (and almost only problem id say... you can make a case about some finishers needing love but im scared that if finishers get reworked, end result will be worse than current) by far for WE right now is that its hard to get in the city warbands because lot of warband leaders tend to favour aoe classes. But thats not a class balance issue and doesnt require any class changes imo, just attitude and prejudice issue on some players part. WE can do a lot of work in cities if warband runs a single target party. Lot of solid warbands already make good use of this.

If slayer is a medium armor class here, if sw can switch into melee, if Rune Priest can run with 4k+ armor onboard, why cant WE? Does WAR FB Lore have the concept of "medium armor" in its origin?

It did with stuff like Ithilmar Mail, Dalakoi and so forth. (SW always was an ambush specialist elite hybrid infantry conceptually) Runies&co running around with armor talismans is more of a global balance problem than anything, because the big threats they have to worry about are basically all physical. (and the armor talis being very powerful against that)
Lorewise WEs kind of just get drugs and forget the concept of defense, in favor of attacking the enemy harder and eviscerating them, in a flurry of poisoned blades and frenzied screeching. (Very stealthy lol) However they did have a sizable boost when Cauldron of Blood was around tabletopwise it translated to 5+invul save, after the whole armor/toughness schtick fails, on top of some offensive buffs. If we presented an idea in that regard which seems doable we could possible get more headway than "gib me armur"
