[Engi] Barrier proc ICD

This proc is acquired notably by equipping 4 pieces victorious or 4 pieces oppressor.

Does anyone know if it has an internal cooldown ? Can a proc refresh the effect if still applied ?

I already saw this page but am still unsure whether there is an ICD or not.

According to database it doesnt have ICD.
Small tip to help you read whats there - i, just like you, open it and wasnt able to figure does it have ICD or not, so then i pick something (was riposte in my case) where im totally sure it has one and then compare it.
Turns out that ICD is coded within "Fire Components" section and goes by a following line "EventInstigatorCooldown: 250" (thats 0,25 icd for riposte)

Nice find, i didnt new it doesnt suppose to have ICD. However tho im not sure how it is in reality so better to grab some folks and test it out. Share here your findings please.

Thank you, the comparison with Riposte is great and unambiguous.

Not sure I will have time to do some testing though.
