For single target spec I recommend AA machine gun build. Its super fun to play and it hits like a truck:

Depends on gear really, you need healthy amount of WS probably around 700. Bs around to 950 give or take and depending on your group fs and wounds.
I run 2 fs, 8kish wounds, 800ws and 950 BS+proc from tri, with maybe 15ish crit and its doing alright. Highg burst WE might get me with opener but there aint many of those left anymore
