Hi guys,
After healers rewamp patch there are following changes to how tactics affect heals:
Divine Fury...
...& Divine Assault - +25% heal output (as before)
...& casted heals - -20% heal output (as before)
...& Divine Strike/Sigmar's Radiance/Sigmar's Will - heals for AAA and B% damage dealt. Now we get two heal outputs in chat - the first line is %B and in gets extra 25% [B*1.25] while AAA gets 20% penalty [BBB*0.80]
Divine Fury as you see no longer Grace WP friendly and more like Wrath only tactic now
United in Prayer...
...& Divine Assault - no affect
...& casted heals - +25% heal output
...& Divine Strike/Sigmar's Radiance/Sigmar's Will - heals for AAA and B% damage dealt. Now we get two heal outputs in chat - the first line is %B and in gets nothing while the second line is derived from AAA and gets 25% to output [[AAA + Melee Damage Bonus * 2.4]*1.25]
Exalted Defenses...
...& Divine Assault - no affect
...& casted heals - +20% heal output
...& Divine Strike/Sigmar's Radiance/Sigmar's Will - heals for AAA and B% damage dealt. Now we get two heal outputs in chat - the first line is %B and in gets nothing while the second line only gets a fraction of expected bonus. Full formula should be [[AAA + Melee Damage Bonus * 2.4] * 120%] and this is done correctly in case of United in Prayer but not in case of Exalted Defenses to output where formula is [AAA * 120%} and Melee Damage Bonus * 2.4 component is omitted which translates in actual bonus to be 13-15% depending on your stats instead of flat 20%
Divine Assault is best to use in Wrath builds for healing burst as it is the only unaffected by Divine Fury debuff ability that gives life.
United in Prayer and Exalted Defenses stack = 1.25 * 1.2 (or 1.13-1.15 as explained above)
Grace of Sigmar affects only the second line, %B gets nothing. Stacks with other tactics by multiplying 1.5*1.25*1.2 (or 1.13-1.15)
Prayer of Devotion is unaffected by tactics.
Happy crusading!

Re: [WP] Tactics and heal output
Thank you for the tests and numbers.
Does someone manage to make Shield WP work as Healer with Grace of Sigmar / United in Prayer / Exalted defense tactics, i.e. boosting the "Heal" part of our abilities rather than the "Lifesteal" part?
I tried in SC, without much success until now, with low damage output (expected) and no outstanding Heals to compensate, compared to old school Lifesteal spec. But I always struggled with Shield WP so probably others could bring better feedback.

Re: [WP] Tactics and heal output
The 'heal' part of WP abilities grows with strength so if one wants to heal as Grace WP they need to have loads of STR.
At the same time in our case STR=/=Bonus Damage so do not rush for +damage perks, they won't help. A while ago devs stated they wanted Grace to be more tanky and less dps'y.
This new vision of Grace WP by devs tells us - you need to combine Salvation with Grace. Looks at Benediction - it is only useful for direct cast heals. But if you looks deeper you will see that in case of HOTs spells it buffs only one tick not the entire spell. Therefore, a good synergy for Benediction is Divine Mend, Touch of the Divine or Martyr's Blessing. And Divine Mend requires tome in your off-hand! We are in a new age of WP, old Grace is history.
IMO our choice for Grace is more like - do I want block and Sigmar's Will or do I want Divine Mend and RF regen?

Re: [WP] Tactics and heal output
From my testing Benediction only applies to the first tick of Matyr's Blessing too (so only +8%?), that may be a bug, but have seen the same behaviour on other classes with similar effects.
Which leaves only TotD.
With full str+off crit, SR does about 1k and SW 2k, seems pretty decent for group and Martyr's Blessing for mass heal still decent + all have full synergy with new WoW.
And 1-1.5k lifesteal HPS from DA + SS for strong single target.
SnB - Warrior Priest
With choice of HoT of Wnds buff.
And 1 def tactic or Sacrificial Renewal.
My WP is still lowbie, so curious why this doesn't work? Too little RF? Die too fast?
