My thoughts too, but I guess it will promote actually using full sets (for some classes).

well, dear peter, why you not saying fix all garbage SET BONUSES and STATS instead of making exceptions for some classes ?

Well Conq is BiS for SW so...

And yea... 180 Init debuff seems like a lot.

Does 180 ini debuff stack with Ini stat steal from SM? Probably not but you never know, hilarity may ensue.
