Dps Archmage, what is the current bis gear?

Just returned back to game after live shutted down, so there has been lot changes since i last time played.

AM have really many ways of gearing. So BIS depend on your personal preference. Usually u need to choose if u want to go magic power build trough warlord set and land of the dead set. It hit hard but very squishy and need suport. Or standart sov based build, it have a lot more critchanse and more stable in soloroam. I u plan to main dps am go both set, get lotd cloak+ring set, bloodlord staff+fate of lileath staff, and later pick up vic ring. Old standart build with no vic ring was sov till crit and then add warlord crit parts with ring and fate of lileath to not die from burst of some WE instantly.

I didnt played my dps am lot last years, and they got weird rework for vaul tree, but prob def set better if u play trough lifetaps, and warlord with maxed magic power if u play with support.

Two examples that are different but i would both consider bis:

One is a crit build, one is a magic power build.
For soloing i would go with the staff in the second link for better survivability, for party i would go with bastion stairs staff for maximum dps.
