White lion - Trained to hunt - dmg not matching tooltip?

I don't want to make a bug report incase i am making a mistake but the dot from trained to hunt does not seem to do the damage i expect.

For my character it is listed at about 680 but on dummies it will proc 3 times doing 125 each for 375 dmg. Suggests either tooltip or spell is not accurate i would think

Seems so, 516 on my spell tooltip but 87x3=261 (and same dmgs for the cat)
