Band of Doomsday bug

Yesterday I was lucky enough to get a Broken band of doomsday drop while hunting in the RVR lakes. I took it to an npc and selected the repair function which prompted me it will cost 50 silver but when clicking yes nothing happens.

I have since tried "repair all" and messing with the dye function, have relogged, resetui, and tried several other npcs but have come to the conclusion that the repair functionality at least with this ring is currently bugged.

Anyone have a suggestion on other things to try?
